In the latest installment of the Asterix film series, Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom takes our beloved Gaulish heroes to the ancient land of China. The film is based on the original comic book series ‘Asterix and the Middle Kingdom’ by Jean-Yves Ferri and Didier Conrad.

Princess Fu Yi of China is threatened by a powerful advisor who intends to take over the kingdom. Desperate to save her, she sends her loyal aide to seek the help of the greatest warriors in the West. Who better to save the day than our mighty duo, Asterix and Obelix? The two set off on an epic journey to China with their loyal friends, along with Cacofonix the bard. Along the way, they encounter new obstacles, action-packed battles, and witty humor.

The film promises to bring the same blend of humor and heroic deeds that made the Asterix series such a global phenomenon.
